Mr Tyre Auto Service Centres are an independent chain of car garages covering the Central England region.

What Did We Do?

Mr Tyre’s primary goal was to increase online bookings via a new and updated website. As such, our expert marketing team set out to sustainably grow core services whilst significantly increasing secondary, affordable service results.

The initial focus was predominantly CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) to increase the percentage of Mr Tyre’s visitors either completing a callback form or making a booking online. We began by visualising the booking process and relocating the callback forms, as well as adding and split testing USPs.

Thanks to the sheer scale of monthly SEO traffic, in addition to returning customers, even the smallest of initial changes yielded results. The conversion rate was affected meaningfully almost immediately. One example was the implementation of a new favicon, as featured in the SERPS, which increased both CTR (Click Through Rate) and subsequent traffic.

The Results

Since using Adtrak, the results achieved far exceeded what they had expected.

The working relationship between Mr Tyre and Adtrak spans several years and they remain committed to investing in our performance oriented digital marketing strategies. Subsequently, Mr Tyre’s results have grown exponentially year on year.
Online tyre fitting reservations have increased by 206% over the past 5 years, with online MOT bookings increasing by an amazing 358%.

Going forward Mr Tyre has agreed to add retain ongoing and expand their investment in services to uplift specific quieter branches and grow the brand as a whole.

What was the brief?

Clear Channel Direct wanted to develop and grow their business through increasing traffic to their site, as well as improving the quality and quantity of their leads.

What did Adtrak do?

Adtrak devised a local PPC and SEO strategy – they knew this would be the best way to engage with local SMEs, and this approach would increase visibility in all major cities, too.

Researching common queries from SMEs regarding outdoor advertising allowed them to create content that caters to these questions. They promoted the content in publications that are popular with Clear Channel Direct’s target audience, so as to push the brand to those who were previously unaware of it, with the aim of boosting brand awareness and increasing traffic.

Adtrak also set up call tracking to drive more leads – the tracking allows them to see which keywords are resulting in calls, which in turn allows them to optimize the AdWords campaign around these keywords. It reduced the spending on non-converting terms, which means they increased conversions but without increasing ad spend.
